We believe in complete transparency about what happens to your files. Here is exactly what occurs, step by step, from upload to deletion.
Your file is transferred from your device to our server via HTTPS, the same encryption used by banks. Your file is in transit for a few seconds. Nobody can intercept it. Maximum file sizes: 5MB (free), 10MB (starter), 15MB (business), 25MB (agency).
Your file is processed by the software you requested: Camelot for PDF tables, Whisper AI for transcription, LibreOffice for document conversion, FFmpeg for video, etc. Processing happens on our private VPS. No third party sees your file. No human ever views your content. The entire process is automated.
The processed result is returned to your browser for download, also via HTTPS. The download link is temporary and private to your account session. Nobody else can access your result file.
Within 30 minutes of processing, whether you downloaded the result or not, both your original file and the processed result are permanently deleted from our server. This happens automatically. We do not wait for you to request deletion. There is no backup copy. The files are gone.
